Expanding Neighbourhood Watch Programs across our communities is an effective way to prevent vandalism, crimes of opportunity and car thefts on our local streets. The Neighbourhood Watch Program builds stronger relationships between neighbours, encourages residents to look out for one another and through Ottawa Police Services gives our communities the support we need to stop crime before it happens.
